Weekly Round Up (Week Three)

I went for a Walk by the river on Sunday for my weekly river update. The water level has dropped by about 6ft and the water is running crystal clear again. The bank where the picture is taken from was under water last week.
Kent Westmorland Angling Association controls the fishing rights from both banks in the picture. On the left bank as you look at the picture the water can drop off to about 4ft, there is no wading from this side. The right bank is suitable for wading with a few nice pools and runs. Early and late season Salmon & Sea Trout runs through here are superb. There is also a good head of Brown Trout in this section of the river.
